Refunds and return

We are convinced that the products you buy will meet all your needs. However, should this not be the case, we will provide you with an easy way to return and refund your product! If the goods are received in a damaged condition or if there is an error in processing, Wholesalemop is willing to pay the shipping fees to return your product. In any other case, you can still easily return a product within a period of 7 days after receiving your order. Please note, however, that the delivery charges and returns of any product will be at your expense (unless an error on our part). Returned products must be in the same condition that you received it. Products must never have been used or washed, and should still have the original labels. Before returning a product, you must first have received a confirmation from us. Refunds are handled within a delay of 72 hours after we have received confirmation. Please note that we will not refund your shipping costs. All returns must include the original product box must be in the exact same condition. It is your responsibility to provide adequate and safe packaging for your return. Please note that any products purchased online can not, in any case, be refunded at any of our stores.

Limited Warranty

Wholesale mop warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Wholesalemop is not responsible for damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or application, unauthorized repair or damage that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use. If product develops a covered defect within the one-year period, Wholesalemop will, at its option, either repair or replace the product without charge, provided that the product is returned during the warranty period.



Out of stock products

Our team is constantly working to update the online store inventory. Still, there are possibilities that a product ends up being out of stock while we process your order. If this ends up being the case, you will immediately be notified by e-mail for a refund or an alternative proposal. Therefore, it is very important for you to check your e-mail during the following days in the event that we might want to contact you about any issues regarding your order.
